    Defining and laying out the coaching process steps and specific milestones.
  • Selecting tools and resources :
    Depending on the specific need and objectives for coaching, determining the appropriate assessments and other tools to be used.
  • Determining goals and outcomes :
    Along with the individual’s manager, agree upon desired outcomes as a result of coaching.
